In therapy we often like to complicate things. When we refer to the chart of emotions it becomes clear why anger and anxiety are intertwined. In fact not just anger, any negative state can affect anxiety and compound the experience of the sufferer. The solution to being anxiety free is having a clear simple approach of letting go of the destructive feelings and emotions and training our minds to focus on the solution (Goal) that we want.
