Es útil. Probablmente haya perdido la cuenta de los cursos de liderazgo que he hecho... pero no se me viene a la cabeza nunca el que haya hecho un plan después para mejorar las áreas que tengo de desarrollo. ¿Empezamos?

Otro punto clave es como recibimos el feedback. Muchas veces nos lo tomamos como algo personal, nos sienta mal y pensamoscque dar feedback es hacer daño! Cómo sería dar y recibir feedback dejando el EGO fuera?
