Ante la amenaza que supone el borrador de la LOMCE para la supervivencia de la Cultura Clásica, el Griego y el Latín en las enseñanzas medias, la Asociación de Profesores de Latín y Griego de Murcia ha puesto en marcha una interesante iniciativa bajo el título de Yo conozco mi herencia, ¿y tú?. El objetivo es hacer patente la vigencia de estas enseñanzas en los centros educativos. Para ello se ha escogido una fecha significativa, el 12 del 12 del 2012, en la que se propone hacer una lectura de textos clásicos con los alumnos.
