Privacy is an ideal for many, especially in modern times. The process of keeping soldiers in the houses of citizens was an enduring timeline of change. Inevitably, the Amendment was followed thorough completely, but in the early seventies another form of quartering appeared again. This time it dealt with endangered species whom needed extreme care. Even though assisting the animals was hard to deny, it was illegal to ask for quartering since soldiers are even denied, in Amendment Three of the Constitution. Quartering is now a complex process to pull of successfully.

Terrorist attacks can bring a great amount of fear and despair across a country in a natural disaster. After the towers falling on September 11th, 2011, the United States went into an emergency state and defense increased by a measurable amount. With this, someone could have been jailed over just talking about terrorist attacks in a certain demeanor. This fact went against the First Amendment of the Constitution, freedom of speech.

At the rise of the Obama administration, health care was seen as positive to some but harming to others. The over-powering attitude by the federal government is considered against the constitution since this topic is one left by states to decide on. Controversy eventually turned into hatred due to the violation of the tenth amendment.

This new right is a great example of one of the state rights that can be established, but moreover a showcase of how rights not in the Constitution are given to many; an excerpt of Amendment Nine.

When incidents are popularized and celebrities are involved, the consequences can grow exponentially in size. Regarding the case in which there are counts of child molestation charges against Michael Jackson, a pop singer and former star, the bail has reached a hefty amount of three million dollars. In this instance the attorney of Jackson is trying to prove to the courts the obvious; the excessive bail is completely against Amendment Eight in the United States Constitution.

Charlie Sheen, one of the past stars for the show, Two and a Half Men, recently wished for a civil case with a jury in account of the alleged people he deemed--pessimistically affecting him. The court at this ruling denied access to a case with a jury due to the avoiding of arbitration, the hearing and determining of a dispute. Even though Sheen needs more evidence, he still deserved a jury in a case that could have disputed and removed conflict, a process aligning with the statements found in Amendment Seven.

Years ago, Ronald Gillis was found a free man with no charges against him concerning a friend who was killed--one who was also in debt to Gillis. Three years after this decision, a Supreme Court ruling proclaimed that this incident and Ronald Gillis could be tried again, just in another state. This act of double jeopardy is considered against the harmonic Constitution and could possibly spur vile outcomes likewise.

In times of extreme fear, rules are often thrown out of the scene and replaced with regulations that are deemed necessary. President Bush expelled Amendment Four momentarily to prevent possibilities of additional terrorist antics. Although the central idea behind this is that it was needed for the time, this decision went against the United States' Constitution.

William Duncan, a pastor for more than thirty years, was arrested for possession of two handguns in his car while entering a Holiday Inn parking lot. The police officer stated that it is legal to keep the guns home, but not to carry them throughout Washington, D.C. The charges of the situation were soon dropped with the compliance of the Second Amendment, in which citizens are allowed to bear arms under certain conditions.

The arts is a valuable way of expressing one's self. In modern times, this process is under a translation to more technological ways; one of them is video games. In a heat-up over the sale of violent video games to minors, the Supreme Court ruled with a 7-2 vote stating that all forms of electronic gaming is allowed to be up for trade and distributed. This ruling goes along with the First Amendment; one of its parts being freedom of speech.

Voting is usually considered a policy with privacy and organization with state government. In Arizona, the state is suing the federal government over the conduct of how elections go on. A major law in the process from the late 1960's is hindering the organization and easiness of voting. With the Tenth Amendment in mind, the state of Arizona has the right to discourage this law due to the right of the state as a whole.

Specifics to marriage can be found in the Constitution, though a particular mold for such a special event is not publicly dispersed. In North Carolina, a plan has been made to vote toward a Gay Marriage Ban, a possible settlement that could bring depressing feelings to many. In this instance, the state of North Carolina is ignoring the main idea of Amendment Nine, the fact that certain rights are deserved by many even if they are not written in the Constitution, and making a new law--singling out many with just a minor difference in persona.

Many are familiar with the death chair, one of the many forms of retribution for those who have killed another. In this situation, the care and acknowledgement is reviewing in account of Samuel Sweet, a man who died a hospital possibly due to neglect. The interpretation of languages is a process tricky to the majority of people. In this instance, an error occurred that highly hindered a criminal court case. Kleber Cordova, a fluent Spanish speaker, claims that he wished to meet with an attorney before confessing to the crime. The interpreter on the other hand, failed to recount this message and a dispute quickly arose. Cordova states that his Miranda rights were not told to him, a mandatory process regarding Amendment Six, and he wishes for compensation for that.

One of the most known and despised cases of the last year involved Casey Anthony and the death of her daughter, Caylee. Relating to the process of finding the truth, Anthony spoke with perjury when stating that a nanny was in responsibility of the death while it was later found that it was the young girl drowning in a pool. In questioning, Casey Anthony constant "plead the fifth" to avoid hurting her chances of winning in the case, an act directly corresponding to the Fifth Amendment.

A settlement against police departments was filed in hope to receive reconciliation for the unlawful actions by men in blue. In this situation, raids were performed by officers under thoughts of dangerous or harming articles possibly located in the agencies of protestors to a convention going on nearby. The Fourth Amendment earned the six plaintiffs in this case a sum of 27,000 dollars, a price well-earned for such horrific behavior of government officials.

In compliance with the Third Amendment of the Constitution, the two soldiers attended Crowne Plaza Hotel at Pittsburgh International Airport. This eliminated all possible conflict from possible civilians who wish to live without the presence of soldiers.
