This article is very useful for us in our professional development. The article mentions 10 things that we can do to become successful teachers, for instance, when we empathize with our students and when we have high expectations about what they can do, we become good educators. Also, in order to motivate our students to learn, it is important to demonstrate that we really know about the subject we are teaching, in that way we can also take risks and think out of the box to make learning enjoyable for students. Finally, the article mentions that it is important to have a good communication with parents as well as with students because in this way, teachers can involve parents in the learning process and success of students.
