The Photo Infographic

The Photo Infographic | Caroline AP Psychology | Scoop.it
Caroline's insight:

This photo infographic is good because it not only gives information about the 7 different summits, but creatively includes a scale to display their heights. If I were to change this infographic, I'd make the mountains and text a little bigger. It'd be easier to read the information then.

Data Visualization Infographic

Data Visualization Infographic | Caroline AP Psychology | Scoop.it
Caroline's insight:

The "Humans in Big Gatherings" infographic is very interesting because it gives readers a sense of the largest groupings of people. The one negative aspect of it is that the smallest numbers (dots) are hard to read since the font is quite tiny.

Number Porn Infographic

Number Porn Infographic | Caroline AP Psychology | Scoop.it
Caroline's insight:

This number porn infographic is very informational. The numbers pop out. The pictures do not distract the reader. Instead, they match very well to the information they are displaying. A negative aspect of it is that it's quite long in length. If it were restructured, then readers might not feel as overwhelmed with how long it is.

The Versus Infographic

The Versus Infographic | Caroline AP Psychology | Scoop.it
Caroline's insight:

This versus infographic is clear in illustrating the differences between the two subjects it's comparing. By using purple for Messi on the left and green for Ronaldo on the right, it's easy to distinguish the data. Also, the pictures of the two soccer players add to the appeal of this infographic. I didn't find any faults with this infographic.

Caroline's insight:

The font timeline infographic is useful because it includes a sample of what the font looks like. However, the colors used for this infographic are slightly dull and boring.

Useful Bait Infographic

Useful Bait Infographic | Caroline AP Psychology | Scoop.it
Caroline's insight:

This useful bait infographic gets the attention of people when people look at it because the foods matched with wine are shown. The pairing between food and wine is a cool aspect of this infographic, however there are too many lines between the foods. It clutters the infographic.

Visual Infographic

Visual Infographic | Caroline AP Psychology | Scoop.it
Caroline's insight:

This visual infographic is eye-appealing with the good choice of colors. Important information is set with large-sized font. However, there is too much text on this infographic. Readers have a hard time focusing on the main points.
