Reading this article makes me think about if I really do want to go into culinary arts. In it, they say that cooking is completely different than cooking in a commercial kitchen. You have more people to deal with, during rush hour, so it can get pretty heated. I guess if I can handle pressure well then the job shouldn't be as bad.

The most important piece of information that I took out of this article was that completing an internship and joining the appropriate associations is very important for a successful career in culinary arts because it opens many doors for you in the culinary world.
