Wetting the pyramids  will seem to have make the sand more vulunar and cause it to crumble. But here in this article we can see that the water caused the sand to be strong and gave the rocks more support.

The pharoh Peppy could have been one key factor of the old kingdom falling but mainly i agree it was the drought. The drought was really an eye opener for the kingdom.

I learned a lot about the drought through this article. I didn't realize how big the drought actually was until reading this. California is in a drought as of now and I can not imagine anything like this happening.

This drought was very sad. California as of now is also going through a drought and i hope nothing like this occur. Many people was affected by this drought in the Roman Empire.

I feel the drought was the cause for the old kingdom to fall. Even though they knew drought occurred often, this was the most terrifying overflow of the Nile river to ever happened.
