Voilà, voilà... Les fans, encore les fans, toujours les fans. Ceux-là mêmes qui ne consomment pas la marque... Mais on les remercie. Parce que ça fait bien. Parce qu'on veut qu'ils restent, parce qu'on a l'impression que c'est ça, une bonne stratégie digitale...

Les entreprises ont déjà entamé depuis quelques années une politique de personnalisation accrue : on peut choisir la couleur de ses baskets, ajouter son nom, customiser sa voiture pour qu'elle ne ressemble à aucune autre... 

Certaines marques ont bien compris que le marketing moderne se veut customer-centric, mais peut-on pour autant plébisciter une hyper-customisation qui a tendance à multiplier les choix de façon exponentielle ce qui ne fait qu'accroître la demande ? Au temps pour le "durable"...
