Smart marketers figured this out a long time ago.The reality of advertising is that it only makes sense after customer experience issues have been sorted. Interestingly, the customer experience budget, call it CRM budget if you like, is usually set only after its advertising counterpart has been.

It always struck me as odd when classroom teachers, students, and parents were silenced. This is often done through the threat of having a job for teachers. I simply did not care about that. If I had to give up what I believed to keep a job, it was not worth having.
