This is a good article on the business code of ethics of small businesses. When it comes to small business ethics it really isnt as laid out as it should be and there tends to be alot of "gray areas". The article states there is not alot of guidance that small business owners can call on when determining what is the right ethical decision. Small business owners feel like life is much simplier and rewarding when they make the right ethical decisions.
