Raid 5 Data Recovery

Raid 5 Data Recovery | Brighton Data Recovery | Scoop.it
We provide Professional RAID 5 Hard Drive Recovery Services and repair services for all makes and models of Raid 5 servers including Dell, Compaq, IBM, HP etc.
Tony O Hare's insight:

All hard drives including those in RAID 5 setups require firmware to allow them to operate correctly with the motherboards they are connected to. To this end if

a firmware program is out of date or corrupt then there is a likelihood that one or more of your RAID drives will not function if this firmware is not correct.  When

this happens data can be lost, as it may not be written to the right place if written at all.  Here at www.brighton-datarecovery.co.uk we are experts in dealing

with faulty or corrupted firmware within RAID setups.

MAC Hard Drive Recovery

MAC Hard Drive Recovery | Brighton Data Recovery | Scoop.it
We provide Professional Mac Hard Drive Recovery and repair Services for all types of Mac Products including Macbook, iMac, Mac Air, iphone, ipod
Tony O Hare's insight:

Apple Macs are now all-in-one so if a power surge occurs then it may damage some or all of the components within the computer.  One of the most

vulnerable aspects of the computer in the event of a power surge is the hard drive and an Apple’s is no different.  No one expects a power surge but

wherever feasible your equipment should be plugged into a surge protection unit. Although this will not always stop it, it will reduce the risk.  The motherboard

may also be susceptible to problems caused by a power surge; most notably small capacitors are likely to pop as too much electricity is pushed through

them.  Having said that we do not recommend opening an Apple Mac if you are unsure as to how to go about doing so.  If a power surge has rendered your

Apple Mac incapable of functioning you should seek advice and our professionals here at www.bracknellrecovery.co.uk will be only too pleased to help you

with your query.

Hard Drive Recovery Service in Brighton

Hard Drive Recovery Service in Brighton | Brighton Data Recovery | Scoop.it
We provide Professional Hard Drive Recovery Services and repair services for all makes and models of hard disks - Maxtor, Seagate, WD, IBM, Hitachi, Samsung
Tony O Hare's insight:

Physical failures occur when components within the <strong>storage device</strong> can no longer function.  This may be the result of heavy duty usage, or

perhaps a fault in a batch of components used to manufacture the storage device. Or it may be the result of an accident and accidents do happen around a

computer.  Drinks are spilled, unforeseen knocks and bumps happen, and even leaving your computer switched on for long periods of time without use may

contribute to a hard drive’s untimely demise.

Tony O Hare's insight:

A RAID 1 array can be used in the home, small businesses or large corporations for the storage and retrieval of high volumes of data that more than one

Laptop Hard Drive Recovery

Laptop Hard Drive Recovery | Brighton Data Recovery | Scoop.it
We provide Professional Laptop Hard Drive Recovery services for all makes and models of Laptop Hard Drives including Sony,Fujitsu,Mac,Acer,Asus,Toshiba
Tony O Hare's insight:

Just like your laptop’s motherboard and on-board graphics card a laptop HDD is fitted with a printed circuit board (PCB) which allows for the storage of a

small program known as firmware.  Firmware is a small program that instructs the hard drive as to how to react to  commands sent to it via the  motherboard

and processor.  A faulty firmware program can cause the hard drive to behave in often erratic ways; more often than not causing it to crash, misread sectors

and generally causing it to fail.

Data Recovery from External Hard Drive | Brighton Data Recovery | Scoop.it
External Hard drives are very complex pieces of hardware, which can cause problems. Recover lost data with our external hard drive recovery service.
Tony O Hare's insight:

For the last 15+ years we at Brighton Data Recovery have been helping people just like you recover data from external storage devices that have failed

because of issues when they have been connected to a computer. The reasons for this inability to recognise the external HDD are many but when it comes

down to it one fact still remains &#8211; your data is no longer at your fingertips. Sometimes trying to use an external HDD on a variety of computers can

make the problem worse so we suggest contacting us if your external HDD is causing your computer to crash or your computer is failing to read your external

hard drive.
