Fort Larned Moving to Adena Springs South | Breeding and Sales | Scoop.it
Fort Larned  , winner of the 2012 Breeders' Cup Classic (gr. I) and two other grade I races, will shift from Central Kentucky to stand in 2015 at Frank Stronach's newly reopened Adena Springs South near Williston, Fla.
 
The announcement came via a Gulfstream Park press release that stated the track convinced Stronach's Adena Springs operation to relocate the young stallion to Florida. The 6-year-old son of E Dubai entered stud in 2014 at Adena Springs near Paris, Ky., where he bred 78 mares. His first foals arrive next year.
