I like how this article talks about the international importance of brands, or rather the cultural importance of brands. It looks at brands at not just a local level, but at a level that is realistic. The way the article talks about taking into account different cultures, as we are becoming more global and more brands are becoming international. I also think that this article is very good at highlighting how important branding is.

this article talks about brands as a whole and why they are so important. it talks about how technology had become such a huge part of brand and imc in the world today. throughoit the article it talks about cultural, local, and international brand as victoia has said above. i really like this because it reminds marketers to take this into account.

Awesome scoop Callum. It is really interesting how it talks about ways to make you brand more effective in the long run. My favorite point is point 3, You never get more out of something than what you put into it. It is so true in every aspect when it comes to IMC.

i think the point about how there is no such thing as a neutral brand image is really important. Consumers either like it or they dont, and every interaction either highlights one of those, or changes an opinion! A very clever thought that businesses need to take into consideration!
