What more can Groupon do in order to make a turnaround plan to raise its market cap and earning?

Thị trường Việt Nam có nhiều cơ hội phát triễn, nhưng nó luôn là ẩn số cho nhà đầu tư trong và ngoài nước. Nhà đầu tư và kinh doanh Việt Nam có thói quen thích cái nhìn thấy được, sờ được và có giá trị gia tăng trong thời gian ngắn dưới 3 năm. Ngoài ra các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam, lẩn nhà đầu tư còn áp dụng cách thức vây vốn ngắn hạn kinh doanh dài hạn. Có nghĩa vay tiền mua đất, xây nhà chờ bán kiếm lợi nhuận mới trả lại vốn. Nhưng cách này chỉ tồn tại khi cơn sốt địa ốc trong gia đoạn đầu đến đĩnh, giai đoạn cuối là thời điểm chết cho mọi kinh doanh mở rộng vì nhu cầu thất không tồn tại trong thị trường.

China has built its brand "China" as the world's fast and dynamic economy in the world in terms of a GDP growth rate, middle-class consumer population, luxurious goods import, properity price and other consumers' spending behaviors. As long as China can maintain its GDP growth rate more than 9%, investors may feel secure and relief because China is not a small market with hundred million consumers, but 1.3-billion-plus-consumer market. China's central government has used its resources to build China Brand over the last two decades, even China has started to its own market oriented economic model since 1979. With financial strength and high-tech industries, China has moved into upscale market segments to compete with developed markets' companies (luxurious brands and mass market brands).

Nếu doanh nghiệp chỉ nghĩ đến lợi nhuận ngắn hạn, thì sau này khách hàng không còn niềm tin đối với doanh nghiệp kinh doanh theo kiểu mì ăn liền. Các doanh nghiệp nào có uy tính cho chất lượng sẻ dần dần nắm giữ thị phần của thị trường trong tương lai.

Twitter and Facebook have exploited such chance by offering new apps that as gifts to users in exchange to get users' attention or time exposure of interacting with advertisement message and flash posts on live times and current locations. Advertisement revenues have become a lucrative business for middle men who can manage a large population of online users or subscribers over web-based, mobile portal and Internet-supported contents.

Are business firms ready to change their business platforms to anticipate market demand changes? Technological changes from decades to decades or years to years. New founded businesses can take advantages of new technologies to offer new products and services to serve customers better. Many old business platforms are gone to yield for new business platforms coming.

 

In such a business cycle or product development cycle, a business is supposed to define its brand lifetime cycle - months, years and periods of years - in order to measure costs of R&D, marketing, and service quality before earning profits and paying off investment.

 

Each brand can live as long as possible. But each brand also exposes to market changes as direct challenges. Business owners and leaders must define their brand positions and lifetime services.

Khi nói đến cafe, mọi người thường nghĩ đến vùng cao nguyên có nhiều đồn điền cafe từ thời Pháp thuộc. Như vậy do loại đất và khí hậu của vùng cao nguyên giúp cho nông dân vùng này có cơ hội trồng loại cafe của Việt Nam và phục vụ thị trường trong và ngoài nước. Nhưng do tỉ lệ cafein trong cafe Robusta là 2.5% cao hơn loại Arabica 1.5%, nhưng vậy thương hiệu cafe Việt Nam cần quảng cáo, tiếp thị giúp khách hàng nước ngoài quen dần hương vị và độ cafein trong cafe Robusta của Việt Nam.

 

Muốn tạo ra thương hiệu quốc tế, doanh nghiệp Việt Nam củng cần chọn thiết kế bao bì, hộp đựng, công nghệ gia công, cách pha chế tạo ra mùi và độ mịn hay thô của cafe xây, cafe hòa tan tạo ra thương hiệu quốc tế trong tương lai.

 

Công nghệ thông tin, phương pháp canh tác củng giúp nhà sản xuất tăng doanh thu, điều chỉnh công xuất và chuẩn bị các khâu cho việc giao dịch đúng thời điểm có giá cao và giao hàng kiệp thời gian.

The world has more than 6000 spoken languages, divided into two groups of macro languages and micro languages. In recent years, the countries speak macro languages generating a majority of the world GDP; but in a near future, Asia where has more than 2000 spoken languages (primarily in India and China) will generate more than 60% of the world GDP in 2030.

 

Google and Microsoft have anticipated such trends by funding their own researches and projects of reserving and protecting endangered languages not only to demontrate their altruism but also consumer-oriented needs.

When a business cannot predict market demands like construction and infrastructural development in Vietnam, it has invested too much money on its equipment and facilities to increase the output. But when a market is cool down, customers purchase a few products or cement bags to shrink its revenues. How can Vietnamese companies survive? Their brands can be purchased by foreigners to readjust their outputs and distribution channels. But in overall outlooks, Vietnam has a long way to grow in terms of building new roads, bridges, houses and factories for years to come. But from now to then, Vietnamese cement manufacturers must find new buyers to maintain their healthy accounting balances.

Honesty, passion and commitment are first three virtues, and then following other characteristics to increase customers' values as mutual benefits - compensation for services and profits for customers' business operations.
