This is a very interesting article about eating disorders and the causes, the stats, food, and the actual problem itself from the professionals.
It's very interesting and gives a different point of view, and also gives viable treatments. I think it's beneficial to read because as the article says, eating disorders are on the rise.

This is shocking and saddening, and it makes me think that we should find a way to improve these stats. It's so sad to see girls/boys from age 9 going into hospital! It's something that needs to be dealt with.

This is an inspiring story of an anorexic survivor who battled with the disorder and won. It showed me that this is a real disease, and it should be paid attention too. WE should all strive to be healthy, and it's terrible when a disease like this takes someones life. I'm so happy she survived and she has inspired me to look out for my friends and eat healthy.

This is a thought provoking article that inspires to not think about your physical sense, but your sense as a person. We shouldn't worry as much about how we look, but how healthy we are. Maybe I should try not looking in the mirror? :)
