Freedom of Speech

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/16/technology/judge-dismisses-case-of-accused-twitter-stalker.html?ref=freedomofspeechandexpression

Article number one is about how people had the freedom of expression on the internet, and with that happening someone was posting thousands of post about buddhist religious leader. He wasn't trying to harm anyone but with him stating some of the things he believed about this religious leader he got himself introuble. I think that if this man wasnt harming anyone, and just putting his beliefs on twitter he shouldnt get in to much trouble.

The right to bear arms

http://community.adn.com/adn/node/159081

Article number one is about a home robbery, its explaining what happen at the crime scene. It explains that if this man didnt have a gun in his house, he would have never been able to make it because he defended himself by using his gun. Even though if noone could have a gun in the first place this shooting wouldnt happen, it is a good thing you can bear arm, because this man saved his life.

Article number one for the 21st amendment is talking about drunk driving. Even though everyone is happy we have alcohol with us bringing it back we put more people in risk. Many people dont take cation while driving drunk. People take advantage of drinking, and hurt other people.

Freedom of Speech 2

 http://www.nytimes.com/2011/11/19/us/is-honking-free-speech-or-just-noise-pollution.html?ref=freedomofspeechandexpression

Article number two for freedom of speech is about people wondering if honking the horn in your car is just to talk to protester or just to make noice. Police don't care if its a toot, or putting your palm on the horn, you will get a ticket. I think that  a police has no right of pulling you over and giving you a ticket because you have the freedom of speech and even though it is your car making the noice if you need to tell someone they have to move or warning them something will happen you can beep the horn.

http://newyork.ibtimes.com/articles/268578/20111216/arrest-tea-party-president-mark-meckler-gun.htm

Article number two for the second amendment is about how a man was caught with a handgun in a airport. He doesn't understand why he can't have a gun with him if he has a permit for the gun were he leaves. I understand were he is coming from, if he has a permit to have a gun, he should be able to have it were every he goes.

Freedom of Religion

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/09/19/opinion/no-room-for-tolerance.html?ref=freedomofreligion

Article number one for freedom of religion is about people who feel like Islamic community centers can stay around with no problem. Mayor Michael Bloomberg rightly stood up for religious beliefs, and he slowly got what he wanted. Everyone has their own opion on religion, and i believe Michael was 100 percent right.
