Each and every one of us has some sort of chaos in our lives. Over time all these small little irritating moments build up in our system and produce stress. We are the ones responsible for unleashing that entire baggage of stress out and away from our system. We may think that doing things like meditating, or yoga will reduce stress, but other simpler things will do the trick. To name a few that studies proved to ease stress is thinking of the positive things that you have in your life since this will surround your thoughts towards the positive side. Also, creating scents like garlic bread in your house is a soothing way to enhance the family atmosphere and step away from stress. In addition, turning off your phone since we might not realize this, but most of us have to keep up with our notifications through emails, phone calls, and texts. Just turning that informational part off and not worrying about it for a while creates a more productive and stress free side of us. Even if we might not have time to roll out that yoga mat, or go out and purchase that soothing scent bottle to fill up our home, there are other ways to relieve stress using our everyday tools.
