This website is helpful to me because it shows me that even on the holidays there are ways to eat healthy, so that later I won't have to take the extra time to work off the calories. The recipes provided are still appetizing, but they are far less the amount of calories. This link is helpful because many people go to the extremes for holiday meals and then they never work out, so they just end up gaining the weight. I want to be able to celebrate the holidays with my family, but in a healthier manner so that later I won't regret the food that I consumed.

I like this website because they provide me with work outs that can be done anywhere without any equipment. This way I can work out in the hotel without having to carry around all of the equipment I need and still get a great work out. These work outs seem to be easy to do and anyone would be able to do them at any age. I can use this website in the future as well which will continue to be beneficial to me.

I find this website to be extremely helpful because this website provides me with actual circuits already created. For me this is best because I don't always know the best exercises to put together and this website definetely provides me with that information. The work outs created are ones that are not to difficult, but they hit every part of my body in the most positive way. I will be able to do these work outs at home without having to pay a lot of money and embarrass myself in public.

From this article I learned that working out at home is easy because you don't have to have fancy equipment for a good work out. An at home work out can be just as beneficial because it can be a full body work out in no time. I can do ab work, leg work, arm work, and cardio by myself at home for free without having to spend a load of money. Doing an at home work out with no equipment is time saving and I don't like sweating and working out around people, so working out at home is a better way to work out for me.

From this article I learned that there are ways to be healthy when eating even with a little amount of time. There are days that I don't have much time to make a decent meal, so instead I end up eating unhealthy food. In this article the recipes given don't require many items and won't take up the time that I use for other things. Not only are these meals healthy, but they are easy to make so I won't have a problem cooking them when I have limited time. All of these meals are also very balanced and contain most of the food groups needed to live a balanced life.

This link showed me that I can do exercises anywhere at anytime even when I'm getting ready to go somewhere. When I'm gettting ready for school I can do lunges, squats, calf raises and other simple exercises that don't take much time and are still going to be effective. These exercises are ones that I can do everywhere even in public and don't have to be embarrassed by other people giving me weird looks.

These recipes are very beneficial to me because I don't always have a lot of time to make food which is often when I turn to unhealthy junk food instead. The recipes provided are quick to make and easy to prepare, so that I can eat them and still be able to leave for wherever I need to go on time and not be late. In the future employers won't like it if I'm late for work, so having these quick and easy recipes to prepare will make it so I'm not late.

This website informs me on healthy recipes that are best for weight loss in a healthy way. None of these recipes are very difficult to make and have food items that are appealing to most people. This website shows me that I don't have to starve myself to loose weight because there are much healthier ways to do so. The recipes are ones that I will be able to eat and be able to satisfy me on a daily basis or weekly basis.
