Excellent free eBook on retrospectives («post-mortem» along the way to continuously improve your project delivery on a given project BEFORE we have a real «mortem» on our hands).  You must register with InfoQ in order to be able to download. «Traditional» project managers can improve a lot their project delivery by adopting this «Agile» habit !!
