Yeast dissolve in heated milk and add a little flour and sugar. Leave for 10-15 minutes to rise. Sift flour and place it on the desktop or in a suitable container. Make a well and add the melted (but not hot) butter, egg, sugar and salt. Pour shupnalta yeast and knead smooth and elastic dough.Shape it into a ball and let rise for 1 hour in a greased deep dish covered with a cloth (photo 1). The recipe for the dough is suitable for mixing in the bread machine.
