Video:Pennsylvania Atheist dresses as Zombie Mohammed, is assaulted by a Muslim&Judge sides w/Muslim

Uploaded on Feb 22, 2012

local news coverage of ABC27 on the trial of Talaag E. The judge a self professed Muslim is irate and ignores the police officer and the witness. His finding, "You have offended their culture, their being, (dressing up as Mohammed) I find it offensive..."
I am very thankful the news covered the story.
The trial link is here

via http://thisainthell.us h/t @jihadwatch_TPO:

So this atheist dude dresses up for a Halloween parade as Zombie Mohammed and gets assaulted by a Muslim man, Taaliq E. and caught it all on video. The Mechanicsburg, PA police arrested the criminal and thought they had an open-and-shut case. Until the case got to trial in front of Judge Mark W. Martin, himself a Muslim and a military veteran.

Martin wouldn’t allow the video of the assault in the trial and then dropped the charges against the defendant because of a lack of evidence of an assault. The he began to lecture the victim on Islamic Law (which isn’t relevant in this country).

Wow, this is crazy, I just came across this tonight on twitter and was surprised this judge got away with this. This happened in February 2012, but goes to show how far our justice system has gone and our govt has gone to appease Muslims and how far they are willing to go to protect the feelings of Muslims.

The judge let the Muslim guy who assaulted the atheist, who dressed up as Mohammed the zombie during an atheist parade, go free because he considered the costume offensive and insulting to Islam. The Muslim guys attorney said he was the insitgator by dressing up like he did. Yet there was another guy mocking the Pope but he wasn't attacked by any Christians who were insulted or offended.

This is America, we have free speech and the freedom to express ourselves. While I dislike atheists for the attacks they do to Christians, this is a first I've seen them mocking the prophet Mohammed and Islam, but I stand by his right to express himself. If he were mocking the Pope I'd say the same thing and he would not have had to worry about being assaulted by a Christian if he dressed that way and mocked the Pope.

Why was a Muslim attending an atheist parade anyway??

However, when it comes to mocking the prophet Mohammed it appears blasphemy laws apply in the US as they do in sharia compliant Muslim countries now??

I guess this judge is a believer in Obama's statement....the future does not belong to those who insult the prophet Mohammed or Islam. I guess we are no longer a country that prides itself on free speech and the freedom of expression??

I hope this is a lesson for those who go out of their way to protect and defend Muslims in the US. If we continue to be politically correct and jump to protect their feelings, then we will lose our own freedoms and rights in the process.
