 Students can create audio files and video files. For example, students could make audio file about facts on a topic they are researching or they could give a book review. This could also be used as a tool for the teacher by making embeddable audio files with instructions that can be posted to teacher blog or website.

 Livebinder allows you to create binders of information. It looks like these binders are public use unless you pay for the service and then you can upload private information. This site saves webpages into an electronic tabbed binder, but it actually waves the viewable webpage not just the link. Could do e-portfolios with the paid service. Lots of good free information in other's binders that are organized by category including grade levels.
