En majorité, les députés ont voté vendredi matin tôt pour la nouvelle carte issue d'amendements socialistes au projet de loi de réforme territoriale, qui réduit le nombre de régions en métropole de 22 à 13, et non plus 14 comme le prévoyait le projet initial du gouvernement.

Evolution de la carte des Régions

Issue d'amendements identiques du rapporteur PS Carlos Da Silva et du groupe socialiste au projet de loi de réforme territoriale, la carte réduit le nombre de régions en métropole de 22 à 13 (Corse comprise), et non 14 comme le prévoyait le projet initial du gouvernement.
