Accoring to the Bill of Rights, all americans have he right to bear arms as long as they have a liscence. In April rapper Jay-Z was arrested for illegal gun posesion without a liscence. If he did have one he would have not gotten arrested because of what it states in the Constitution.

Fourth Amendment

The constitution states in amendment 4 that you have the right to protect yourself from unreasonable searches. Therefore they cannot search your house or your papers without a warrent. In the state of California the court said it was okay to have a search of a cellphone without a warrent because it does not state that in the constitution.

This article is about  how some of the people you see in church are actually atheist scientists, they are begining to learning about a religion so they could teach it to their children. The want the children to beable to make their own decision on what they choice to believe,either the scientific theory or religous theory. This supports the first amendment because it shows that things have changed greatly scine the constitution came into play. Awhile ago the children had no choice on what they wanted to belive. Now they have the freedom to chose what they want for themselves.
