Specific shade and reasons, quantity and proportion and placement, shape & size, combinations and there histroy of the combination. Meaning of colour, nature association, culture assocition, gender difference, usability, historical colours of monuments and there reasons of use. 
These are the points to be consideer before be design or collections.
