you can go hiking at Aconcagua.  Challenge one of the highest peaks in the world with one of the area’s designated climbing teams. you can go dining at a parrilla.  Have an authentic Argentinean meal of blood sausage and intestines at one of the country’s grill restaurants. you can learn to tango, the people of Buenos Aires created the tango in the early 1800s, and it is a dance that locals are still passionate about today. you can go whale watching at Valdez Peninsula and stare in awe at the whales and orcas.

this video shows a typical argentine meal.  it consists of a salad which is basically like plain spinach. there is a bowl of olives. the girl refers to a bowl of what looks like fries as a bowl of potatoes. there are two different kinds of meat and rolls. to drink they have a nice bottle of wine.

the main crops include bananas, barley, potatoes, rice, sugar cane, soy  beans and soy bean oil, corn, wheat, lemon juice, and sunflower seed oil. on average, each year argentina produces about 200,000 tons of cotton, although the domestic market only uses about 80,000 tons. total crop production in 1999 was 70.68 million metric tons. the largest crop yields  were sugar cane at 19.4 million metric tons, soybeans at 18 million  metric tons, wheat at 14.5 million metric tons, and corn at 13.18 million metric tons.
