Connecting and bonding with others trumps conflict. I've found that even the best fighters -- the proverbial smartest guys in the room -- can break their addiction to being right by getting hooked on oxytocin-inducing behavior instead.

This is spot-on! Too many people use text or email or external and internal social media to communicate, rather than speak 'to' people.

 

You can get so much more from body language, and other tell-tale signs.

Another option for procrastinators to try out in order to get things done.  Procrastination is one of the top traits that get a mention during coaching sessions.  Eat That Frog is a great tool for many but I'd love to know how well this technique works for you if you give it a try.
