Hawaii faced many Negative and positive impacts that occur during the time of they were just a regular island. At the beginning of the plan to conquer Hawaii, America had a plan to expand the United States. America saw many positive aspects about this idea. Hawaiians thought it brought a negative effect towards the island. To even add more of a negative impact, Hawaii had a dreadful king running their island. He stripped their rights to vote, which had a major impact on the Hawaiians. The king was the most hated man in Hawaii. He eventually passes, away, which brought a positive aspect back to Hawaii. A queen would step forward to bring peace back into Hawaii. She would try her best by stopping America from taking to America but would fail due to the power of America. Negatives and positives played a major role. Although, there was not a reason to go to war because, America was superior to Hawaii.

 

Expanding in the 19th century and 20th century had many similarities and differences. The United States went into many wars trying to secure the land they were pursuing. Most lands didn’t fear America during the 19th century. They had more pride and heart going up against the United States. During the 20th century most countries wouldn’t put up a fight. The United States was more powerful in this time period. They had many Arsenals incase they had to go to war against any body. Although many wars occurred in then, but America would usually win the wars. This shows how superior the United States is towards in a land.

Queen Liliuokaniani sent a letter to protest for the to plan to annextion Hawaii. After King Kalakuqua died, she was a savior to the people of Hawaii. She tried her best to preent this to happen but the letter didnt do very much. This Loyality is shown by the queen when wrote the letter. She would eventually pass.
