The new sony Xperia Z1 which a much bigger more interactive display. Much more appealing to the general audience - A much bigger target audience, I'm deffinetly interested.

It's all very well that many more devices are running newer software, but there is still massive hardware fragmentation e.g. resolutions, processors (and therefore performance), amount of memory available for apps and physical device form factors.
