analysis-In this story, there are protests about convicting students on college campuses for sexual harassment in double jeopardy. This isn't legal because we the people shouldn't have to be allowed of being convicted of the same crime twice. This is in the 5th amendment which is not allowing double jeopardy on any crime after proven innocent once.

analysis-In this article it tells if the cops can pull you over for using a phone as a gps and get you in trouble. This is offending the rights of people because the cops don't have the right of unnecessary search warents. This is for the amendment that prohibits search warrent known as the 4th amendment.

GPS navigation and cellular-signal triangulation can help us to find our way around — or to help someone else find us. If you happen to be a lost pet, an Alzheimer's patient or a small child, that's a good thing.

analysis-These people in Oakland were camping around the Bay Area. Their constitutional rights were being rights were being threatened because the police were arresting those people. This is practicing the first amendment because the citizens were performing the amendment of free assembly to camp in public areas.

The vote, late Tuesday, sets stage for potential conflict with police. Tuesday was otherwise a peaceful day throughout the Bay Area Occupy movement.

analysis-In Texas, Jerry Brown is searched down for his cell phone by the police. This is offending the rights of people because Brown shouldn't have to give the police permission of looking through his stuff unconstitutionally. This is practicing the fourth amendment which prohibits unreasonable search warrents. 

A Texas District Court declared warrantless cell phone searches unconstitutional, becoming the latest lower court to write its own opinion as the U.S. Supreme Court debates the issue.

analysis-In Oakland protesters were camping on Wall Street. It relates to the first amendment because it shows freedom of the right to assemble. Over 50 of those people were arrested that night. I personally think that they shouldn't get arrested because they are clearly practicing the first amendment of freedom of assembly.
