FBI violates First amendment

The FBI goes against the first amendment when they spy on the Muslim mosque which violates freedom of religion. I dont think the FBI should have spyed on  them because if someone came to watch us at a church we wouldnt like it. The Muslims are sueing the FBI in result to their action.

right to bear arms

The article states a man was denied access for a permit for a gun to keep in his house therefore violating the second amendment which states the right to bear arms. It is considered a violation because if they followed the amendment then there would not be an issue to giving him a permit.

First amendment

This is an article about the occupy wall street situation. It is an example of the violation of the First amendment because it states that citizens have the freedom of speech and assembly, and the protestors here were arrested and sent home for speaking out what they thought.

Going against the 8th amendment.

This article talks about a man who is in jail and while he was working he got out of hand. He caused some damage and as a result for his bad behavior he was handcuffed to a metal pole without his shirt and left there for hours without a bathroom break. Many would agree this is cruel and unusual and not right for todays society.

This article is about how some guards violate the 8th amendment. They handcuffed a prisoner to a pole in the sun with his shirt off. He wasn't given any chances to go to the bathroom and they only gave him 2 drinks. The supreme court is denying the allogations and will not put the guards on trial. This just goes to show how crooked the government can be behind closed doors.

Fourth Amendment Violation.

The article states that it is debatable wheter or not the computer hard drive search warrant is going against the fourth amendment. People feel the right to not have their hard drive searched by police. The amendment states that people have the right to be secure from unreasonable searches which some think hard drive searches are unreasonable.

Search warrants

This article talks about searches that take place without a warrant but are part of a procedure cops do. In my opinion I do not think it is right for a cop to be able to search without a warrant since it is going against the 4th amendment.

second amendment

This article is about a man who was carrying a gun on him which accroding to the bill of rights is legal and he was stopped and questioned by local police. It is debatable whether it violates the amendment since he wasnt at home and he was out in public.
