Include hockey in the new UAA sports center: Compass | Alaska news at adn.com

Last November, Alaska voters passed Proposition B, a $397 million general obligation bond that included construction projects for nearly every region of Alaska. One of Prop B's biggest projects was a proposed $80 million sports center for the University of Alaska Anchorage. However, many voters were surprised to find out that the project does not include plans for an ice rink. (Plans for New Sports Center at University of Alaska Anchorage don't include a hockey rink for the Seawolves http://bit.ly/fEzz82)
