Basic requirements for the preparation of slice cultures: • Strict sterile conditions • Keeping the cultures at a stable temperature above 30°C (36 °C) • The tissue needs to be firmly attached to a substrate (collagen or plasma) • Supplied with a suitable growth medium • Supplied with sufficient oxygenation.

Do you choose hard copy for deep reading because it isn't distracting, or because you like the feel of a page? Do you prefer to read science fiction and mysteries on screen? What does it mean if students prefer textbooks in print, and if research shows some evidence that students learn better when reading on paper, but publishers and schools are making textbooks available primarily online? Will students retain less?

This is a great resource for a leader in a high school. This can help a student to create a online e portfolio to collect important items that can help with getting into college or getting a job out of high school. This also can be helpful for a school as it can be use to create a school portfolio and display student accomplishment.
