Working out is good, but there are some restricted, such as not eating before a workout, radically cut carbs diet, overdo the workout, wear many clothes thinking they will sweat more and emagracer faster, it is myth.

Eat every 3 hours it'll make you feel good, drink plenty of water, place in proteins, include fiber in the diet, avoid fats, also avoid the consumption of alcohol, and do not kill the workout, respect your body.

Never do this in a gym.
Making weight with large intervals between sets;
Staying on the treadmill by 1:30 a.m. on speed 4km/hora;
Training every day, even exhausted;
Doing weight training and aerobic activity when I feel like;
Making weight "easier";
There vary the workout;
Using inadequate clothing.
