This is a very informative article and it helps a lot because sometimes it can be hard to find different varieties of things to eat when you cut meat out completely. It's good to have variety so you don't get bored with it.

With more and more people becoming vegetarian or vegan I think more restaurants should include a vegan/vegetarian section of the menu. I find it really hard to go out and eat while being vegetarian.
