The foreman to the jury was the one who spoke and said the man was guilty of his crime.

This website gives a lot of background knowledge for my topic. The topic of the Panama Canal was began to be made in 1881 and was completed in 1914. The US controlled it for a long time. We had control, not Panama with the canal. Panama now has control, but it took a long time. It allows for others to trade and pass into the North America into down in the South America.
