My thoughts on this article is that this diet is very interesting. You apparently eat normally 5 days of the weak then you restrict your calories the other 2 remaining days. This in turn should help you lose weight. I think that the calorie restriction guidelines they give you will put your body in starvation mode and I criticize the healthiness of this diet.

My thoughts on this article is that it reveals to me that diet is a hard habit to change. I see that people even after heart attacks have trouble changing their diet and this prepares me for my diet change. I will go from unhealthy eating of pop and chips to healthy foods that I learned to be beans, yogurt, veggies and fruits.

My thoughts on this article is that it can help me build a proper lifting schedule. I learned that pilates is not just for women but can also benefit men. It will improve flexibility, strength and endurance which all translates to a better body. Pilates is mostly bodyweight stuff so it will be more convienent doing this at home then having to go to the gym.

My thoughts on this article is that it will keep my kidneys healthy. I researched that to build muscle from lifting, I need to intake a lot of protein which can damage the liver and by incorporating the methods in this piece, I can keep my kidneys healthy by removing salt, poison and other toxins from it.

My thought on this article is that is very helpful in helping me with my nutritious diet. I learned to keep my heart healthy by cutting out alot of fried foods and including more organic foods like vegetables, legumes, fruits and milk. These are all very nutritious foods that I will include into my diet.

My thoughts on this article is that is very helpful in making a proper diet. I learned that a diet can affect your sleep. I will avoid eating high calorie sweets before bed and will overall eat more organically because the body is able to proccess it more naturally so my natural sleep pattern will not be disturbed. This in turn will allow me to be more energized during the day so I can lift with more energy.

My thoughts on this article is that it will help me with a healthy diet by all healthy recipes found in it. I researched that lower gluten will lower your insulin sensitivity and will help you maintain or lose weight compared to very glutenous sugary foods like cereal. I can use these recipes in my diet.

My thoughts on this article is that is very helpful in my goals in achieving a healthy diet. I originally thought that I should exclude fats in my diet to build muscle but after reading this, I learned that there are healthy fats that are good for you found in stuff like nuts and stuff and I should avoid bad saturated fats. So I will change my diet log to include these healthy foods.
