Unter „Framing“ versteht man das Einbetten von Videos, die auf Plattformen anderer Anbieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden, mittels eines Inlineframes über das Tag <iframe> auf der eigenen Website. Beliebt ist das Einbetten von Youtube-Videos durch diese Technik auf Blogs oder Websites. Die bekannte Videoplattform bietet dafür unter dem Tab „Teilen“ eigens die Option „Einbetten“ an, mit der einem Nutzer ein vorgefertigter Code-Schnipsel angezeigt wird, den dieser nur noch auf die eigene Webseite kopieren muss. (...) Diese Frage muss sich der Europäische Gerichtshof stellen, nachdem der Bundesgerichtshof ihn um eine Vorabentscheidung bezüglich der Rechtsnatur des sog. „Framing“ ersucht hat.
