1. How does Tsolakis establish his credibility as a speaker on this topic?

2. What are his sources? Name them. State their positions and qualifications to speak on the issues raised.

3. Identify the jargon and subject specific terminology employed by Tsolakis. Why does he use it?

4. what are his themes? What does he want us to think about the nation? Ourselves? What is he asking us to do?

5. Identify as many persuasive techniques as you can.
