There are many, many ways that you can lose the fat. You can use bodyweight exercises, like jumping jacks and burpees or you can use some kind of fitness machine, like the Stair Stepper.

 

In this article, you will learn lots about the best ways to burn fat on a stair stepper. If you don't have a stepper, then you should know right now that you don't need any kind of fitness machine to lose weight, you can just do something like high intensity interval training using your own bodyweight.

It seems these days that far too many people are relying on weight loss surgery. They think they've tried every way they can to lose weight, so they go under the knife and get a gastric band fitted.

 

To me, that is a disgusting thought - that I could not control my own mindset enough to cut down on the anount of junk food consumed, and would rather have a seriously major operation instead. The mind boggles!
