Sweden has issued arrest warrants for two Britons suspected of smuggling garlic into the EU. Why would criminals do that?

Did you know that China produces 80% of world garlic output? The EU has placed a tariff of 9.6% on garlic imports, and has therefore created an opportunity.... Naughty people can make the use of this.
