Michael Labuschange Chapter 10 Defence of the Accused: So many people have spent years waiting in death row and it seems kind of pointless waiting all that time to die. The years they await there execution, they appeal and write and write to have hope of coming out. 3 execution have only happened recently out of the 90% that have actually been on death row. They have made it easier for death row inmates to escape the death penalty but then they just live off our taxes.
