The iPad is quickly becoming a much needed tool these days.  OSX Daily has 6 tips to improve typing speed and accuracy on the popular device. Take away points:

 

*Keep keyboard clicks enabled to gain audible feedback.

 

*Use dictation.  Settings > General > Keybaord > make sure DICTATION is switched on

 

*Use Split Keyboard functionality.  With keyboard visible, hit keyboard icon, move iPad to a comfortable position.  The keyboard will auto-adjust.

 

*Use a Bluetooth physical break-out keyboard.

The site may be a little tough to navigate through for some, but the content is worth the viewing.
