ReadWriteThink is a well-known techer support site for reading and langauge arts, jointly sponsored by the National Council of Teachers of English and the International Reading Association; it is also associated with the wonderful educational resource site thinkfinity, sponsored by Verizon.
This Pinterest site appears to have been started just today. No doubt it will expand rapidly and become a great go-to spot for teaching resources K-12.
