My Observations 8/16/2013: Internet Mkt

Man Is Destroyed For Lack Of Knowledge

Angela Watkins's insight:

(My Observations at the end)

I contacted an advertising consultant working for a Reputable probably nationwide agency for prices of their packages online so I could make a fair price below them what to charge.

First she needed my zipcode and I gave it to her.  Then she asked me what area in Tennessee did I wish to target.  I asked what do you mean?  I asked what do you mean?  Then she replied what 'city' would I like to reach?  So then I gave her a city about 45-1 hour away from me for it has nice home some luxurious, Churches some mega and nice outings for family and recreation.  So she asked me what did I do?  When I told her they had no listing for it and then I gave her another response.  Then she told me that there were only '11' listings in that entire city under that listing online for that.

So I told her that I could hardly believe that, and asked why.  Then she preceded to tell me that people, businesses and Churches don't advertise online because they think it is too expensive and they want something for wanted and it don't work there.

So I asked her again for the price package and what it covered.

These are the figures she gave me:  $23 per month of low end, $200 ;per month for high end in one city online plus 300 partner sites which includes print, mobile and direct marketing.

Low end and high end means placement of pages online.

She named some of the partner sites and Yahoo was 1st, then Google and she named a few more.

She gave me her extension number and told me when I do get ready to advertise give her a call and she would be glad to work with me.

So then I begin to think about how I might market in this area on the low end to this area to see what type of response I would get.

My Observations:  Man Is Destroyed For Lack Of Knowledge

Now making me be a writer/blogger/book reviewer; I have some things online since I have been writing online and it is all free to me.  And more doors are opening for me to write and market myself as well.
