Vorasuang (Michael) Duangchinda, Ph.D.'s insight:

MOOC News: Wed Nov 20, 2013

This Blog post is really interesting. Sebastian Thrun, founder of Udacity admits that his experience to date says "MOOCs Not Effective for Undergraduate Education".

There seems to be a lot to improve at udacity... pedagoy, management, etc. Sebastian also adds on November 2013, @FastCompany that: “At the end of the day, the true value proposition of education is employment"

Perhaps the workplace still not comfortable recruiting MOOCs graduate?

Now I wonder if he stills maintain his point:

"Where do you hope Udacity is five years from now?

....I think we’ll be just like a university, but we’ll be a university for the 21st century. July, 2013, Sebastian Thrun on the Future of Learning"
