появились такие соображения. Наверное, Вам они покажутся дилетантскими :)
1.
Цитирую Вас "...нужно разделять кампании, объявления в которых публикуются по принципу тематичности, от кампаний, объявления в которых публикуются по принципу предпочтений. "
Если не делать это противопоставление, и считать 2 и 3 пункты структуры, которую Вы дали, одним типом рекламных объявлений, то останется общепринятый вариант: поисковая реклама и контекстная реклама.
Первая - показ по запросам на поиске, вторая - показ в рекламных сетях поисковиков.
И всё.
Никаких противоречий.

Цитирую "И рекомендации создавать отдельные рекламные кампании на тематическую сеть являются ничем иным, как попыткой привлечь рекламодателей к размещению рекламы в этих сетях и ослабить таким образом конкуренцию в спецразмещении."
Не очень убедительное пояснение. Рекламодатель запросто будет давать объявления и на поиске в спецразмещении, и в контексте, в рекламных сетях.

3.
Рекомендацию делать разные объявления для поиска и рекламных сетей подкрепляют психологически-образными объяснениями: разным психическим состоянием людей что-то ищущих в поисковике и что-то читающих на страницах интересного им сайта.

Цитата: "В заключение можно сказать, что на данный момент подавляющее большинство рекламодателей использует только верхушку айсберга под названием «контекстная реклама», вместо того, чтобы использовать всю мощь рекламы в Яндекс.Директе и Google AdWords."
Это не вызывает сомнений.
А напишете ли Вы ещё статьи, которые, хотя бы поверхностно, покажут ту мощь, которой не пользуются рекламодатели?
Это вопрос без иронии и проч. подвохов, искренний.
Интересно, думаю, было бы не только мне.


И ещё жаль, что нет даты публикации у статей

В рамках исследования было собрано и проанализировано свыше 500 тысяч сообщений из Вконтакте, Facebook, Google+ и Twitter за несколько месяцев. Благодаря синхронной работе мониторинговой системы и платформы для текстовой аналитики стало возможным выделить из инфополя целевые сообщения следующих типов:
1. Намерение о покупке – прямое намерение купить конкретный товар или заказать услугу.
2. Рассмотрение покупки – выбор определенного товара или линейки, выбор поставщика, анализ свойств продукта или услуги и т.п.
3. «Хочу» – желание обладать определенным товаром или услугой без конкретных планов о его приобретении.
