Avery Sandler's insight:

This I found was very interesting. I thought that this was a good article after he sadly died. I knew he passed away and that he was the president if South Africa, but nit much else. One fact I found was interesting was that he was put in jail for 20 years and still wouldn't give up. I also found it interesting how he was the first black president Of South Africa.

This is very sad that one of our world leaders has passed away. But like him, you always have to look at the positives. After he was in jail, it is remarkable that he became a peacful preisedent. He changed the world and tried to promote peace even when it is hard. Also, he was the first black preisedent in the world! He was a truly great role moddel!

This article made me very sad knowing more and more about Nelson Mandela. Recently, I heard that he passed away which is very, very sad knowing all the amazing things he had done. Nelson's voice got many people and hoping that he wil always be rememberd.

Colt Alan Lee Manseth's curator insight, December 15, 2013 10:17 PM

I'm glad that at least we have some information about this inspiring man and how he was such a great influence on so many people because he did what he thought was right. This also is godd news to my ears because it's let's us know the great deeds of people that are dead to let the people of today know how he showed it and how he can change our actions even when he is not with us.

The company is promising a cornucopia of 4K products at January's International CES as it aims to push the technology further into the mainstream while rebuilding its reputation as a serious alternative to Apple for aspirational tech-savvy consumers.

Thanks to the speed in which the technology world moves, it's easy to forget just how cool Sony and its products used to be.

So much so that Steve Jobs himself used to use the company as a benchmark for where he wanted Apple to be in terms of design and desirability.

Avery Sandler's insight:

This for me sounded really interesting. I wonder what they mean by high definition. Are they the first to experiment with this? Why are they moving forward so quickly? Also, when will this come out?
