I've tried lifting weights, but due to my high metabolism I can't seem to pack on muscle—I'd like to put on anywhere from 10-30 pounds.

My Thoughts

I really relate to this article. I have a very fast metabolism whcih makes it hard to look like i have muscle. A lot of people see me as a scrawny kid and then they get surprised when i can left lots of weight. The reason for this is just like what the article says, if you have a fast metabolism your body eats up fat and muscle faster.

I think it's a good study that they did. if you try hard at an intense workout for 7 minutes it coorelates to hours of exersise. i njever would have thought of this and im glad i came accross this article. I will have to try this sometime

I kind of figured that lifting weights is good for you but i never would have thought it can decrease the chance a person  gets diabetes. I know the most of the time diabetes is caused with bad health and eating habits and now i have klearned how to steer away from diabetes.
